Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in various office software, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and conducting research
- Act as a personal assistant to executives, providing support in various areas as needed
- Prepare and edit documents using software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Utilize DocuSign or similar software for electronic document signing
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Organize and file documents both electronically and physically
- Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance requests
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide administrative support by transcribing meeting minutes and preparing correspondence
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
- Strong project coordination skills
- Experience as a personal assistant is a plus
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic document signing software
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage files and records
- Knowledge of office management systems and phone systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
This is a full-time position.
